Intelligenciia bridges the gap between contingent recruitment and traditional executive search. Many senior specialists and leaders sit between those two models. Their work is too consequential for a keyword search, even when they don’t hold an executive title.
The same title can mean very different things in an explorer, a developer, or an operating producer. Understanding the business and where it is heading comes before defining the position.
